Basic Sound Project

Method 1Easy installation
How to install

  1. Back up original sound.pbo
    /Codemasters/OperationFlashpoint/Res/Dta/sound.pbo*
  2. Extract sound.pbo from zip file you downloaded and copy it to above folder

*if you want to use BattlefieldInsane Soundpack in Cold war, the folder is /Codemasters/OperationFlashpoint/Dta/sound.pbo

How to uninstall

remove new sound.pbo and restore original sound.pbo to the old folder.
Method 2No need to displace original files
How to install

  1. Create folder under /OperationFlashpoint e.g. /BattlefieldInsane
    /OperationFlashpoint/BattlefieldInsane

  2. Download "Basic Sound Project" and put Sound.pbo to above folder which you have just created.

  3. Create following shortcut on your desktop:
    e.g. "C:\Program Files\Codemasters\OperationFlashpoint
    \FlashpointResistance.exe" -mod=BattlefieldInsane

  4. When you want to use my sound pack, click above shortcut and launch OFP. You can also launch OFP with BIS original sound pack by clicking an original shortcut.

How to uninstall

  1. Delete the folder and the shortcut which you have just created.

  • Put SoundBIS.pbo into /OperationFlashpoint/AddOns/ or /OperationFlashpoint/Res/AddOns/.
How to uninstall

  • Remove SoundBIS.pbo
